Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Shipping: €6.00 flat rate for all orders.

  • FREE Shipping: All orders over €50.00 qualify for Free Courier Delivery.

Delivery Areas We currently only offer shipping and delivery within Malta and Gozo. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Processing & Delivery Times

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

  • Once processed, our local courier typically delivers within 24 to 48 hours.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or Public Holidays.

Delivery Process Once your order is ready for delivery, you may receive a notification or a call from our courier to coordinate the drop-off. Please ensure that the phone number provided at checkout is correct.

Damages Suppify is liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately at suppifyshop@gmail.com with a photo of the damaged packaging or product, and we will arrange a replacement for you.
